We had to have an understanding of an insane hospital and the situation of being stranded on island alone. First, we had to create a story of how our character ended up on the island. We also had to create a background for our character to strengthen our story. Then, we had to figure out the possible danger/threats and the activities our character will have to face and do to survive on the island.
